Approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, the First China International Cyclic Economy Expo 2008 (CICEXpo) will be held in October, 23rd-25th, 2008 in Qingdao International Conference Center.
As an all-in-one international event at the state-level approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, CICExpo offers a service platform for enterprises from home and abroad to cooperate, display and exchange ideas and achievements in China’s cyclic economy. The event aims to promote and apply the technologies and equipment of energy-saving and resource-saving, and to facilitate the cooperation and partnership of relevant projects, bridging the domestic and overseas enterprises on Cyclic Economy technologies and equipment under the theme of “Developing Cyclic Economy for a Resource-saving and Environment-friendly Society.”
Thanks to the efforts and support from the related governments, regions and enterprises, 2008 CICExpo will be staged in Qingdao, the Olympic Sailing City, in the year of 29th Olympics. As an innovation-oriented Expo, it aims at establishing cooperation and common prosperity with authoritative foresight and high-level integration. With the participants from the decision-making bodies of the governments, world leading enterprises, scientific research institutions and related businesses home and abroad, CICExpo will focus on the pilot projects and the related high-tech and equipment featuring the concept of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.
